You’re invited to discover a mindful dance practice called Nia…on this special class format, with your baby!
The ''Nia for Mommies and Babies'' classes are especially designed for pregnant ladies and mothers dancing with their babies in baby carriers.
Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
The workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you balanced in 50 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
Nia is practiced barefoot and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
If you are pregnant, you are welcome after your first trimester and can dance until the very end of the pregnancy...until it feels good for you and your baby (if not recommended otherwise by doctors).
Dress up in comfortable and light clothes, your child as well. You might both get sweaty. Bring an extra set of clothes for changing.
Consumption of extra dose of water is highly recommended after class.

The language of the class is English or Hungarian, depending on the participants.
You can join the classes any time during the year.
